Hannah Talarico is a licensed massage therapist (SC #14144) and the founder of Wren Recovery in Columbia. She trained at Southeastern Health & Wellness Institute and spent her first year in practice working alongside an established therapist, learning the difference between running a routine and reading a body.

That difference is the whole idea behind Wren. Most massage follows a script: the same strokes, the same order, the same pressure, whoever's on the table. Hannah works the other way around. She pays attention to how a body responds under her hands and adjusts in real time, so the session fits you — not the other way around.
